Guideline to Authors

In order to avoid technical problem, we ask the participants with oral presentations to record their presentations (15 min talk) using OBS software.  The presentations must be sent to the conference email no later than November 1st 2020. 

Similarly, authors with posters presentations are also required to record 5 min talk commenting their posters using OBS Software.

For preparing their presentations we ask the authors to follow the guidelines below:

-          Prepare you presentation using Power Point format or any other format.

-          Make sure the slides are clear and characters are fully visible.

-          Record your presentation using OBS software (see tutorial below)

-          Should you wish to not appear in the video recording, disable the video feed. This way you will only record audio and the transitions of your slides.

-          Save / record your presentation in .mp4 format with sufficient resolution.

-          Make sure to  “preview” your record before you sending it.

-          When naming your files, please make sure to only use regular characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9, spaces, underscore and dots) and avoid using special characters (accents, symbols, etc.).
